The aim of Apex Care Homes is to provide person centred care to all our service users based on individual need to a standard of excellence. We ensure service users and family members are constantly consulted and empowered and promise an environment of constant improvement. We have various ways in which this is done which includes our "Your Say" campaign to encourage service users and family members to have 'their say', at service user and stakeholder meetings, our "Make a Wish" campaign, etc. Please see individual statements of purpose for each home for more information.
