About the employer
At 15gifts, we’re obsessed with the psychology of choice. We study the key principles that drive people to make confident choices on the high street, and we pour this insight into our intelligent decision engine technology to replicate the experience online.

We believe in a more human online experience. Where customers feel listened to and looked after. That’s why we study the psychology behind decision-making. We take the core principles that drive people to make confident choices on the high street, and bring them into the digital world for the first time, using advanced machine learning and proven UX techniques. And we generate unique customer traits profiles that can be passed to our clients to drive a highly personalised ongoing experience.

Every month, the 15gifts platform drives millions of interactions, generates thousands of incremental orders and creates unique customer data profiles for partners including Telefonica, Vodafone, BT, Verizon, Sky, Virgin Media and EE.
