About the employer
The City of London Academies Trust is driven by the ambition to provide world-class experiences and deliver exceptional educational outcomes for the communities we serve. Combining the heritage and tradition of the Corporation of London with an innovative and enterprising approach to teaching and learning, our ambition is to ensure that every one of our schools can be judged as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted within three years of joining our Trust.
You will find that all of our schools exhibit what is a central Trust value, a fundamental belief in the power of high expectations in all we do. This pre-eminent value is complemented by the other core values we hold of integrity, professionalism and care - for pupils as well as staff. We ensure that we live these values every day, in every school, by insisting on simple, certain and sustainable approaches that we know will deliver outstanding schools. These approaches are derived from the best evidence as well as the considerable experience of success that Trust and school leaders have continually demonstrated over many years in many different settings.
